You’re all invited: GAY TIMES turns 40

GT40 Brand Campaign

Reaching the forty-year milestone as a media brand is no small achievement, especially in a rapidly changing journalism landscape. As Europe’s longest-running queer-focused magazine, GAY TIMES has faced censorship, police raids, and more, but we’ve persevered and have much to celebrate. To mark the occasion, we collaborated with a diverse group of voices from sport, fashion, entertainment, and activism who embody LGBTQIA+ identity and advocacy. My creative direction with Umar Sarwar and shot by Alec Maxwell, founder of KLOSS FILMS, we captured a joyful celebration of queer excellence during a lively, caffeine-fueled Friday back in March.

This landmark campaign is strategically planned for year-round release, featuring stills for digital and OOH use, engaging social videos, and editorial content.
